This four-book photocopiable series provides interesting and practical construction projects that will stimulate students' interest in scientific concepts. Each book contains 25 projects. Each project consists of an instruction page directed at students, followed by a page with a scientific explanation for the project and extention activities. Projects include technology models, models of scientific principles, measuring devices, and science 'toys'. The ready-to-use activitiy sheets are suitable for individual, group or whole class activities. Only very simple equipment is required for most projects, plus access to workshop tools. Students are invited to predict and question the outcomes of their projects.
