Shipping & Delivery


Shipping on all print orders is automatically calculated in your shopping cart based on the number of books ordered in a single order. The orders are dispatched from Christchurch New Zealand and sent via New Zealand Post. If the books you request are in stock delivery takes 3 – 5 working days within New Zealand and 6-10 working days for Australia. These delivery times may change in the event of an extraordinary circumstance or public holidays. Contact us for Express Delivery options.

Privacy & Security


User Friendly Resources is committed to protecting customer privacy and security. All customer information provided to us, including any contact details, is secure. We DO NOT supply or sell your information to any third parties whatsoever. Customers receive automated emails during the purchasing process and newsletters or any special offers if they have elected to join our mailing list. If you no longer wish to receive promotional offers from us, just click the unsubscribe option at the bottom of any email you receive from us.

Returns & Replacements


We always aim to maintain that our resources are of acceptable quality, match the description given on the products page of the website, advertisements, fliers, and/or by a User Friendly Resources employee. Our website enables you to view each of our resources online in full before you decide to purchase and hence all orders are sold on firm sale only. Print and PDF orders DO NOT carry a right-of-return unless the products arrive damaged. For any goods that arrive damaged, we are happy to replace the book free of charge or refund you with the value of the book. If you receive a PDF file that is not working or has any errors we advise you contact us and one of our staff members will assist you. If you have questions please feel free to discuss it with us and we will be able to find you the best solution.

Ordering


You can order our resources using our website, over the phone or by simply faxing us a copy of your order with all your relevant details. If you have one of our fliers you can fax it to our free fax or scan and email us a copy. All PDF orders must have your full name and your email address.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions


Payment for orders can be made using your credit card or a school purchase order. School purchase order numbers are not required for us to process your order which can be invoiced directly to your school. You can pay by credit card, direct credit, or cheque. Contact us if you would like to receive a copy of your invoice to pay in advance. All prices are subject to change without any prior notice to individual customers, however, User Friendly shall honour any discount specials within the time period advertised.

Viewing Orders


When you set up an account with us you will be able to log in at any time to view what you have ordered, plus see the relevant PDF links for your e-book orders.

Changes To Your Order


All print orders can be amended, provided this is done within one day from the date when you ordered. We will not be able to change your order once the books are printed and ready for despatch or already despatched. Unfortunately, it is not possible to extend this flexibility to PDF orders.
